SunBee installs system components that meet the stringent Ontario domestic content requirements. Our partners are well established equipment manufacturers that offer industry-leading warranties:
• 25-year performance warranty on solar modules
• 15-year product warranty on micro-inverters
MICRO-INVERTER
We use Enphase Micro-inverter, which attaches directly to each solar panel and converts direct-current (DC) power from the modules into standard alternating-current (AC) power. This breakthrough system makes your solar system more productive and increase energy harvest up to 25% over systems with traditional centralized inverters.
Traditional inverters implementations create a single point of failure for solar power systems. If the inverter fails, the entire system is disabled. Enphase Micro-inverters convert power independently at each solar module. Moreover in traditional systems the performance of the entire system is dictated by the performance of the weakest module.
With this new technology solar modules mismatch, shading, and other obstacles such as dust and debris on a one single module can’t influence the performance of the whole system!
Enphase offers 15 year warranty, compare to 5 year of the typical inverter.

The Enphase Envoy is a communications gateway that collects performance information for each solar module in a user’s system and transmits this data to the Enlighten™ website, where users can view and manage the performance of their solar power system.
The Enlighten website provides a wide range of information on the performance of the solar power system and individual modules. A graphical representation of the solar array provides “at a glance” information on the status of each module.
Enlighten continuously monitors the performance of the solar power system and will highlight any deviation in performance by comparing the harvest of individual modules to the harvest of surrounding modules.

SOLAR MODULES
Sovello is one of the largest fully integrated solar module producers in the world. These highly efficient solar modules are produced by Sovello’s certified technology partners in Ontario, following the same quality and engineering standards applied at its three solar manufacturing plants in Germany. Modules fully comply with the content requirement set by the Ontario government and have positive output tolerance. Sovello was highly rated by German magazine Photon.

Siliken is a Spanish company which has been manufacturing in Europe for 10 years and in USA for 4 years. In 2011 they opened their production line in Windsor. With over 300MW installed worldwide, they have built a respected brand by consistently providing a quality product with proven performance. Each module goes through testing phases, including strict power production verification and resistance tests in radiation simulators. Siliken provides 10 year workmanship warranty.

Heliene is based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and manufactures high-efficiency, maximum-yield photovoltaic solar panels. Their monocrystalline and polycrystalline photovoltaic solar modules are built with 4mm thick prismatic glass (as opposed to 3.2 mm flat glass), which results in higher efficiency, lower reflectivity, and lower dust adherence. They feature three buses, minimum power dispersion; standardized 1,000 volts insulation and can generate up to 300 peak watts (Wp) per unit with just 72 premium cells.

MOUNTING SYSTEMS
Each site is unique. Depending on your roof structure and material we offer different types of mounting system: for pitched roof (both metal and shingle) and for flat roof. To make sure you roof won’t leak we use only high quality mounting systems.
Engineered for flush mounting applications, Unirac offers superior aesthetics with great value and is easily installed on most roofing types, including barrel and Spanish tiles. The universal Unirac rail system has three options that can be assembled into a wide variety of PV mounting structures to accommodate any job site: SOLARMOUNT Flush, SOLARMOUNT High Profile Tilt, and SOLARMOUNT Low Profile Tilt.

Zilla strives to eliminate the weaknesses of competing racking systems. This is accomplished by reducing the number of required roof penetrations and by reducing installation time and cost. Zilla is a multi-component system. The system consists of a superior flashing assembly, adjustable standoffs and rails with an integrated raceway concealment system. All components are designed to outlive both the solar energy system and the roof.

The Polar One Ballasted Rooftop Mounting System is an Ontario FIT compliant solution that allows installers to minimize the construction and on-going maintenance costs of their solar power plants. Its modular and light design maximizes the usable footprint of an array by using building blocks as small as one panel. The system’s pre-assembled components reduce installation times by up to 20% and allow for easy maintenance by enabling local isolation of problems quickly and cost effectively.

The SunRail flat roof mounting system is wind tunnel tested by a leading Ontario test facility, allowing significantly less ballasting. It also confirms that the SunRail mounting system is designed to minimize wind loads. High-profile configuration elevates panels from the roof. Elevation allows panels to avoid snow obstruction in the winter and has some positive effects on wind cooling.

For ground-mount solutions. This type allows for easy seasonal adjustments for tilt angle. Four seasonal positioning means an increased return of investment of approximately 10-15%. Fabrack is engineer certified, made from aluminum (Ontario) and stainless steel and requires minimal maintenance. 25 year warranty is provided.

Deger follows the trajectory of the sun using trackers that have electronic sensors and motors. The trackers move to optimally expose the solar panel to sunlight. In doing so, the solar cells on the panel are able to absorb/capture the most energy. DEGERenergie provides yield-optimizing custom system solutions.
